Ingredients
1 burger patty of your choice
1 jalapeno cheddar bun, toasted
1 slice pepper jack cheese
2 Tablespoons jalapeno jelly
6-7 slices pickled jalapenos
2 Tablespoons crispy fried jalapenos
1. Cook burger to an internal temperature of 160°F.
2. Spread jalapeno jelly on both sides of bun.
3.Place burger on bottom bun. Top with cheese. Pickled jalapenos, and crispy jalapenos.
4. Serve with top bun offset.
Healthy Alternatives — Omit bun and down-size the burger patty size.
Hearty Additions — Add a couple of slices of melted pepper jack. Or a schmear of cream cheese for a jalapeno popper effect.
