Brisket Burger
Pulled brisket in BBQ sauce, slaw and sliced tomatoes.

SIDE RECOMMENDATION: Hand cut fries with salt and pepper
Ingredients
1 burger patty of your choice
Two slices Texas Toast, NOT toasted
2 ounces smoked brisket, chopped or pulled, in barbecue sauce
¼ cup creamy coleslaw
2 slices tomato

1. Cook burger to an internal temperature of 160°F.

2. Place burger on one slice of white bread. Top with smoked brisket, slaw and tomatoes.

3. Add second slice of bread. Serve with knife and fork.
CONCEPT VARIATIONS
Healthy Alternatives — Omit the bread. Substitute a vinaigrette slaw. Reduce brisket to one ounce with extra tomato. Skip dessert.
Hearty Additions — More brisket and more slaw. Go for broke.
Trend-worthy — Smoke the brisket in house. Make your own barbecue sauce and call out the “homemade” ingredients on your menu.
