Hawaiian Turkey Burger
Juicy turkey burger on a Hawaiian roll with griddled ham, grilled pineapple and Sriracha mayonnaise.

SIDE RECOMMENDATION — Sweet potato fries seasoned with jerk seasoning
Ingredients
1 turkey burger
1 Hawaiian roll, toasted
1 thick slice smoked deli ham (Black Forest type), grilled or griddled until lightly caramelized
1 slice fresh pineapple, grilled
1 leaf iceberg lettuce
2-3 rings white onion
Sriracha mayonnaise

1. Cook burger to an internal temperature of 160°F.

2. Spread Sriracha mayo on both sides of bun.

3. Place burger on bottom bun.

4. Add ham, pineapple, white onion and lettuce.

5. Add top bun. Hold everything in place with a bamboo skewer if you like.

Hearty Additions — Make it beef. Add some more ham and a drizzle of straight Sriracha for an extra punch.
