Thick Texas Toast sandwiched around a sizzling TNT™ Angus Burger topped with smoky chopped BBQ brisket, spicy corn chow chow and crispy fried onions. Add fries on the side.
1 each burger patty of your choice
2 slices Texas toast, toasted
1/3 cup (about 2 oz.) chopped smoked brisket in barbecue sauce
2 tablespoons corn chow chow
¼ cup crispy fried onions
1. Cook burger to an internal temperature of 160°F.
2. Place burger on one slice of Texas toast. Add chopped brisket.
3. Top with corn chow chow and then the fried onions. Place the second slice of Texas toast slightly offset.
4. Serve with French fries.
Serve open-faced and omit second slice of bread. Cut portions of brisket and corn chow chow in half. Omit crispy onions and sprinkle with diced raw onion.
Use an 8-oz. patty and increase brisket portion to 3-4 oz.
