Ingredients
1 each 8 ounce prime rib patty
2 ounces grilled onions
4 ounces au jus, house–made or purchased
One popover, split in half
1 slice horseradish cheddar cheese
1 ounce prepared horseradish blended with 1 ounce sour cream
Sautéed spinach
Cooking Instructions
1. Cook burger to an internal temperature of 160°F
2. Add horseradish cheddar to burger during final minutes of cooking.
3. Place burger and cheese on bottom of popover and add grilled onions and sautéed spinach.
4. Place popover top on onions and spinach.
5. Serve horseradish sour cream and au jus on the side
Healthy Alternatives
Omit cheese. Instead of horseradish sour cream, add prepared horseradish to the au jus.
Hearty Additions
Add 2-3 ounces shaved prime rib or sliced sirloin
