Henry’s Burger

Grilled prime rib burger on a toasted brioche bun, topped with sliced artichokes and béarnaise butter.

Ingredients

1 each 8 ounce prime rib burger
Grilled tomatoes
1 brioche bun, toasted

Bearnaise butter
1 pound unsalted butter, softened
¼ cup chopped fresh tarragon
3 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice
As needed, salt and pepper
Artichoke Hearts
1 each 14 ounce can artichoke hearts, packed in water and drained
2 ounces butter
As needed, salt and pepper

Cooking Instructions

1. Prepare the béarnaise butter. Combine all ingredients and blend well. Season to taste. Reserve.
2. Prepare the artichokes. Cut hearts in half and sauté in butter until hot and slightly browned. Season to taste. Reserve.
3. Cook burger to an internal temperature of 160°F
4. Place burger on the bottom bun.
5. Add grilled tomatoes on top of burger.
6. Put approximately 1/3 cup or 3-4 pieces of sautéed artichokes on top of the burger.
7. Top with 1 each #40 scoop of béarnaise butter.
8. Serve with bun slightly offset.
