A delicious seared TNT patty on a butter toasted white roll with mild cheddar, some lobster salad, and sweet onion rings. Lobster roll meets burger. Life-changing.
1 TNT patty of your choice
1 plain burger roll, buttered and toasted
1 slice mild cheddar
2-3 Tablespoons mayo
1/3 cup lobster salad, made with mayo and celery
1 piece leaf lettuce
2 rings sweet onion, like Vidalia
1. Cook burger to an internal temperature of 160°F. Top with cheese
2. Spread mayo on bun heel and crown.
3. Place slice of grilled pineapple on top of cheese.
4. Place burger/cheese on heel.
5. Add leaf lettuce and onion rings
6. Place bun crown gently on top.
